COUNTDOWN TO ZERO
Casco's Commitment to Quality
Since 2008, Casco has embraced a Zero Punch™ program that incentivizes employees for completing perfect projects. We take a “Countdown to Zero” approach that includes quality checks and workflow optimizations at every step of the project.
Teams are rewarded for being in constant communication with clients and subcontractors, completing a walk-through with all parties, and — most importantly — turning over the project with zero items remaining on the punch list. Any item discovered and placed on the punch list must be corrected before the client moves into the space. These fixes often translate to big delays for most contractors, but Casco’s Countdown to Zero program helps our team identify any issues earlier in the job so we can still complete the project on time.
Using the Countdown to Zero approach, Casco has completed more than 3,000 projects with increased customer satisfaction and a 90% rate of repeat business.
We are committed to making day 1 in the new space flawless.
