This 40,000+ SF build out transformed an outdated cold storage warehouse in Irvine into a cutting-edge facility for Sunrun Solar — a leading national provider for residential solar panel solutions. With a focus on premium office finishes, customized layouts for appliances and furniture, and efficient warehouse configuration, the project also involved phasing construction to accommodate immediate operational needs.
Notable features included new office and restroom finishes, upgraded electrical and HVAC systems, exterior ADA upgrades, backflow installation, and warehouse racking equipped with an innovative fire suppression system of in-rack sprinklers and smoke vents.
