Cheryl Osborn is the President and Founder of Casco Contractors, Southern California's leading commercial general contractor. Cheryl’s vision has always been to understand the changing needs of her customers, turn their dreams into reality, and create a growing partnership to guarantee absolute satisfaction. From the company's inception in 2000, Cheryl’s integrity, transparency, and high standards have led her team to success as well as set a great example to her employees.

Karl Sandman
Chief Operating Officer
Karl Sandman, Chief Operating Officer, has more than 10 years' experience managing complex construction projects. Providing executive-level leadership in the design and development of new construction, Karl supports and guides project teams with timely, experienced decision-making, strong consensus-building skills and creative problem-solving which encourage team engagement and foster best-in-class outcomes.

Jessica Moeller
Chief Accounting Officer
Jessica Moeller began as a staff accountant at Casco, and has worked her way up to overseeing all aspects of the company’s finances including accounting and reporting, forecasting, budgeting, banking, surety, and risk management.

Matt Moser
Director of Field & EV Operations
Matt Moser is an experienced leader with over 30 years in the construction industry. As Casco’s Director of Field and EV Operations, he leads our Field and EV/Exterior teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects through a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. With a diverse background in managing complex projects, Matt is dedicated to improving team efficiencies through innovative processes and solutions. A values-driven leader, he is passionate about fostering individual growth and professional development within his team.

Terryl Nirtaut, Director of Human Resources at Casco has more than 20 years of experience in all areas of the Human Resources lifecycle. Terryl has led talent strategies for a wide variety of company’s through start-up, survival, and growth modes. At Casco, Terryl partners with the leadership team to set the strategic talent agenda of the company to ensure business success through attracting and hiring the best people and inspiring our people through engagement and development programs.
