With over 30 years of construction experience Cheryl’s integrity, transparency, and high standards leads her team to success as well as sets a great example to her employees.

Karl Sandman, Chief Operating Officer, has more than 10 years' experience managing complex construction projects. Providing executive-level leadership in the design and development of new construction, Karl supports and guides project teams with timely, experienced decision-making, strong consensus-building skills and creative problem-solving which encourage team engagement and foster best-in-class outcomes.
Jessica Moeller
Chief Accounting Officer
Jessica Moeller began over 12 years ago at Casco as a staff accountant has worked her way up to overseeing all aspects of the company’s finances including accounting and reporting, forecasting, budgeting, banking, surety, and risk management.
Matt Moser
Director of EV Operations
Matt Moser is an experienced leader with over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. As the Director of EV Operations, Matt oversees Casco’s EV360 division and supports our mission to be the ultimate provider of Electronic Vehicle Charging Stations in Southern California. He brings a diverse portfolio of complex project experience and passion for improving team efficiencies through innovative processes and solutions. Matt is a values-driven leader and is passionate about the individual development of his team members.

Terryl Nirtaut, Director of Human Resources at Casco has more than 20 years of experience in all areas of the Human Resources lifecycle. Terryl has led talent strategies for a wide variety of company’s through start-up, survival, and growth modes. At Casco, Terryl partners with the leadership team to set the strategic talent agenda of the company to ensure business success through attracting and hiring the best people and inspiring our people through engagement and development programs.
