Cheryl Osborn is President and Founder of Casco Contractors, whose mission is to meet the changing needs of the commercial real estate market by constructing offices, industrial factories and retail developments that exceed the expectations of both the real estate developer and tenant.
Director of Operations
Justin Park brings over 18 years of construction experience to Casco, having previously managed a wide variety of projects and project teams through the United States. At Casco, he oversees all aspects of construction operations including field staff and Quality and Safety management, as well as provides leadership and strategic planning to recruit and develop staff.
Director of Construction
With more than 20 years of construction experience, Tim has been a valuable asset to the Casco team since 2007. His experience has given him a broad view of construction project management, allowing him to identify with Property Managers and their number one priority of servicing their tenants.
Director of Finance and Accounting
With over 30 years of experience in construction financial management, Jeanne-Marie oversees all aspects of the company’s finances including accounting and reporting, forecasting, budgeting, banking, surety, and risk management. She is an active member of the company’s leadership planning team, where she continuously promotes industry best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Diane M. Kolasinski
Director of Architectural Design Services
Diane Kolasinski is a licensed, LEED certified architect with over 23 years of experience in architectural design and construction in commercial, institutional, hospital, academic, residential and retail projects. Her expertise includes project/program development, Furniture, Fixture and Equipment bidding and procurement, move coordination, and construction administration.
Director of Human Resources
Casandra joined Casco Contractors in early 2014 and brings progressive experience in Human Resources as the Director of Human Resources. Casandra is responsible for the company’s human resources strategies, practices and programs, including talent acquisition and management, total rewards programs, HR systems, benefits management, and organizational development.
